  • Dancin’ in the Street Motown & More Revue at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Thursday, May 25 to Sunday, May 28 | FREE – The Bacement Soul Orchestra will be playing Motown hits while dancers and soul singers perform on stage at Miller Outdoor theatre. 8:15pm nightly.
  • Houston Symphony: Classic Broadway at Jones Hall | Friday, May 26 to Sunday, May 28 – The Houston Symphony will celebrate Mike Krajewski’s final concert weekend as the Principal POPS Conductor with three evenings of concerts featuring Broadway music at Jones Hall. Admission Tickets start at $35, not including ticket fees. Friday and Saturday 8pm; Sunday 7:30pm.
  • Houston Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles at Minute Maid Park| Friday, May 26 to Sunday, May 28 – Cheer for the Houston Astros when they play this three-game series against Baltimore at Minute Maid Park. Tickets start at $15, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale site. Friday 7:10pm; Saturday 6:15pm; Sunday 1:10pm.
  • Summer Tribute Concert Series at CityCentre | Starts Friday, May 26 | FREE – Hear live music from tribute bands covering hits from Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks, ZZ Top, and the Beach Boys at this Memorial Day Weekend concert series. 7pm to 9pm.
  • South Houston Crawfish Festival at Hobby Event Center | Saturday, May 27 – Enjoy this family-friendly festival with live music, DJ’s, activities for kids, and plenty of crawfish at the Hobby Event Center. Tickets start at $12.
  • Banh Mi Eating Contest at Saigon House | Saturday, May 27 –Come hungry and see how many Vietnamese sandwiches you can eat at this banh mi eating contest at Saigon House in Midtown. $10. 1pm.
  • Karbach + Creek Brews Cruise in The Heights | Saturday, May 27 –Meet up at Cedar Creek to get a pint glass, beer tickets, and a t-shirt before you hop on a bike to Onion Creek, Canyon Creek, and head back to Cedar Creek. This event supports the MS Society. $15. 1pm to 6pm.
  • Houston Dash vs. Seattle Reign FC at BBVA Compass Stadium | Saturday, May 27 –Cheer on the Dash as they take on Seattle in a home game at BBVA Compass Stadium. Tickets start at $15. 3pm.
  • BrisketU Backyard Pitmaster Class at Southern Star Brewing Company | Sunday, May 28 – Learn everything there is to know about brisket – from picking out the best cut to trimming, smoking and serving it – at this pitmaster class at Southern Star Brewery. $69. Noon to 3pm.
